Is it possible to change subscription plan ? Yes! We want our customers to be happy about the plan they have, so we offer both upgrade and downgrades at no extra cost. An upgrade or downgrade would to be arranged with customer care via email and will take effect by the beginning of the next month

What if I decide Dentaldelivered is not for me ? If you wish to not continue with your subscription, please get in touch with our customer care team via email they will be more than happy to assist you.

Ordering products

How do I select my dental products ? To select your products please go to the Manage subscription area. where you can see and select all our products.

Is it possible to change my order after I confirmed ? To change your order, you would have to get in touch with customer care. Since we work with different shipping partners, we might not be able to change the order, but we will do out best.

Will I be deducted credits for orders I have asked to be changed ? Yes, but we will be able to transfer the credits back to your account, when we receive the order back from you. Payment for the return shipment of the products will be the customers cost.

Change order

Is it possible to change my order after i decided what to ship ? We normally put the products for shipping within an hour of ordering. Should you wish to change your order, you will have to call our support. But since we don’t pack everything ourself, we can´t guarantee that we can change the order

Will I have to pay for the order if i changed my mind? No, but the price of the return shipment would be one your expense.

Missing or broken orders

What if a product never reaches me ? Should you be unlucky and an order is not on time, please get in touch with customer care and they will try and track the shipment for you. We experience some delays in selected countries due to local postal service, but we are constantly trying to better our service

What if the product I received is broken ? Should the product be broken when you get it, please sent an email to customer care and they will inform you about the process or getting a new and working product
